The Mingle Planning Package is the perfect in between for the bride and groom that don’t need full-service planning, but want a bit more help than just Day-Of Coordination. This package begins with recommendations for venues and vendors and helps you stay on track with your planning and through the day of. Legwork and small details are the responsibility of the bride and groom, however your planner is always there for recommendations, advice and etiquette.
Preliminary Services:
Vendor recommendations within your specifications and budget
Contract review prior to signing
One preliminary site visit to your selected ceremony and reception venue(s)
Attendance at initial vendor meeting with DJ/Band and florist
Waived wedding brand design fees for custom stationery
Live monthly meeting for check-in
Contact with all vendors for timeline information and individual schedules
Rehearsal attendance
Assistance with selection of décor and ambiance elements
Responsible for establishing timing and scheduling
Develop room set-up and schematics
Development of floorplan and timelines
Attend final meetings with ceremony and reception venue(s), and DJ/Band
