Vendor Selection

Best done before hiring any vendors.
2 hours, $200

Choosing Wedding VendorsNow that you’re engaged you’re about to enter the twilight zone of wedding marketing. Between Facebook advertisements, bridal brothels.. errrr, I mean bridal shows, and the glossy pages of the bridal magazines, you may find your cranium crowded with options of who to hire for your big day.

Since this is your one time making these types of selections, and likely your first time purchasing things like linens and mass food service, you may need a little cranial cleansing to get your options whittled to the best matches for your style and budget.

During a ‘Vendor Selection’ session we will talk about what is most important to you when it comes to hiring vendors, the importance of personal chemistry with those vendors, what vision and image you have of your wedding day and how your dollars are best allocated when making your hires.

You will walk away with vendor recommendations, as well as relevant questions to ask in the interviewing process (not the ‘what kind of camera do you use’ variety) and what to look for before signing a contract. If you want to save yourself hours of research and arthritis in your dialing finger, make this one call and use that extra time on a bottle of wine.

If you would like Patti to attend any venue visits or vendor interviews, she is available to accompany you for $75 per hour.
