Information and expectations are two of the key elements to making sure your wedding day goes as you’ve planned it out in your head. The best way to do that is to provide the information outlining your expectations in the form of a timeline. This session is the front side of the mullet… more business than fun. But, a necessity to ensuring your day goes as planned.
During your ‘Timeline’ session we’ll fill out worksheets creating a snapshot of each of your contracts. From this we’ll create a timeline of events for your vendors and your wedding party. Vendor timelines will outline all start and end times for everybody with a hired role in the day, as well as give direction to the order of major events happening during the day.
The attendant timeline will lay out what is expected of your wedding party and when things like hair and make-up will begin, when transportation services will be provided, and locations and times for photo shoots. Nothing is worse that getting into your photo shoot and having a missing groomsmen!
